VAT ID: 2121871840
Registered office: Záhradnícka 46/A, 821 08 Bratislava – Ružinov, Slovakia

In this Policy, “Illariy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean my-self s.r.o.

2. The data we process and why

2.1 Website visits and cookie preferences

When you visit our website, we may process technical information needed to deliver and secure it, including:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it,
  • browser, device and operating-system information,
  • pages requested, timestamps and basic server or security logs,
  • your cookie-consent choice and related preference data.

We use this information to operate the website, keep it secure, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and remember your cookie choice. We do not sell personal information or use your website activity for third-party behavioural advertising.

2.2 Illariy AI chat on Telegram

Illariy is available through a Telegram bot. When you start or use the chat, we may process:

  • information Telegram makes available to the bot, such as your Telegram user ID, display name, username (if you set one) and language setting where available,
  • the content of messages and any information you choose to submit to Illariy,
  • AI-generated replies, conversation history and service-use information, such as message or credit usage,
  • technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

We use this information to provide the conversation you request, maintain continuity where that feature is available, administer credits and subscriptions, keep the service reliable, protect against misuse and improve the operation of Illariy.

Relationship conversations can be personal. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government-ID numbers, or another person’s private information unless you have a lawful reason to do so. Illariy is not intended for medical, mental-health, crisis or emergency support. If you choose to include special-category personal data in a message, we will process it only where permitted by applicable law and only for the relevant service purpose.

2.3 Purchases, subscriptions and credits

If you start a paid subscription, buy additional credits or otherwise make a purchase, we may process your name and contact details where provided, billing details where required, plan or credit selection, payment status, transaction identifiers, amount and invoice data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or CVV.

2.4 Support and direct communication

If you contact us by email or social media, we process the contact details and content you provide so that we can respond, support you, investigate an issue and protect our legal position where necessary.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – to provide Illariy, administer credits and subscriptions, process payments and provide support connected with the service;
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – to operate and secure our website and service, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot, improve reliability and establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) – to meet accounting, tax and other legal duties;
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) – where we ask for consent, including for optional cookies where required by law.

Providing chat and payment information is voluntary, but we cannot provide the relevant service or complete a purchase without the information needed for it.

4. Service providers and international transfers

We use trusted service providers that process personal data only as needed to provide their services to us. Depending on how you use Illariy, these may include:

  • Telegram – the messaging platform through which you access the bot;
  • BuddyPro – the technical platform used to operate the Illariy chat and manage conversations;
  • Stripe – payment processing and subscription administration;
  • website hosting, security, backup, email and IT-infrastructure providers;
  • professional advisers, such as accountants or legal advisers, where necessary.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

We do not sell chat content or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. The main retention criteria are:

  • Website and security logs: for the limited period needed for security, diagnostics and website operations;
  • Chat data and service records: while needed to provide continuity of the Illariy service, administer your account or credits, and deal with valid deletion requests, security issues or legal claims;
  • Payment and accounting records: for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law;
  • Support correspondence: for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and protect our legal position;
  • Cookie preferences: for the period needed to remember your choice, unless you change or clear it earlier.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it where appropriate. You may ask us to delete personal data sooner; legal obligations and legitimate security or legal-claim needs may require us to keep limited information for longer.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies needed for website operation, security and remembering your cookie choice. Essential cookies do not require consent where applicable law permits their use.

If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will explain them in the cookie banner and ask for consent before placing them where consent is required. You can manage your preference through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the website.

7. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of personal data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • receive data portability where applicable;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise a right, email care@illariyai.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where the GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month, subject to any permitted extension.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or with the supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence, place of work or alleged infringement. More information is available at dataprotection.gov.sk.

8. AI-generated responses

Illariy uses AI to generate conversational responses from the information you provide. It does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Illariy is a tool for reflection and clarity, not a licensed therapist, doctor, crisis service or substitute for professional advice.

9. Children

Illariy is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at care@illariyai.com.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, security monitoring and encryption where appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use care when deciding what to share.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our service, technology or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will always be published on this page. Where a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
