1. Who we are and when these Terms apply
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the agreement between my-self s.r.o., Company ID: 55115268, VAT ID: 2121871840, with its registered office at Záhradnícka 46/A, 821 08 Bratislava – Ružinov, Slovakia (the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “Illariy”) and you, the person using the service (the “User” or “you”).
These Terms apply when you start a chat with Illariy, use free credits, purchase Illariy Access or additional credits, or otherwise use the service. If you do not agree to them, do not use Illariy.
2. What Illariy is
Illariy is an AI-powered conversational tool for reflection and clarity in relationships and other close interpersonal situations. You can describe what happened and receive a structured perspective that separates observable facts, possible interpretations and a practical next question or step.
Illariy is not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, legal advice, or a crisis service. It does not diagnose conditions, assess risk, make decisions for you, or replace a qualified professional, a trusted person, or a direct conversation with someone involved. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis or healthcare provider.
3. Access through Telegram
Illariy is currently provided through a Telegram bot. You need a compatible Telegram account and internet connection to use it. Telegram is a separate service and its own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of Telegram.
The technical operation of the chat may involve the BuddyPro platform and other service providers that help us operate, secure and support Illariy. Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
4. Eligibility and your account
Illariy is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure and for activity carried out through it. Do not share access to the service in a way that allows another person to use your credits, subscription or conversation history as if they were you.
5. Free credits, Illariy Access and additional credits
New Users may receive 10 free Illariy Credits, subject to the offer shown when they start the service. One Illariy Credit covers one message from you and one response from Illariy. Free credits are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value.
The paid monthly plan, Illariy Access, currently includes 50 Illariy Credits per billing period. Additional credit packs may be offered separately. The price, currency, applicable taxes, credits included and any credit-expiry or rollover conditions displayed on the website or at checkout form part of your purchase and control if they differ from general promotional material.
We may change future offers, prices or credit allocations. A change will not alter a completed one-time purchase or the current paid billing period unless required by law or you agree to it.
6. Payments and recurring subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider clearly shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise the provider to charge the amount and frequency presented to you before confirmation. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or CVV.
Illariy Access renews monthly unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You can cancel through the cancellation method made available in the service or payment flow, or by contacting care@illariyai.com. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless the checkout or cancellation flow says otherwise, you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.
We may issue invoices or payment confirmations electronically. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information where required.
7. Withdrawal, refunds and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory cancellation right, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason.
If you ask us at checkout to begin providing Illariy Access immediately during that period, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied before you exercise a valid withdrawal right, where applicable law permits. Your checkout flow should clearly show any request for immediate performance.
If Illariy does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory remedies, including a repair of the service, a proportionate price reduction or termination, as provided by applicable law. For billing errors, technical problems or a refund request, contact care@illariyai.com. Refunds outside mandatory law or a stated promotional guarantee are considered individually and do not create a continuing right to a refund.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Illariy for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
- submit content that infringes another person’s rights or privacy;
- attempt to bypass credit limits, access controls or payment systems;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with or disrupt the service except where law expressly permits it;
- use Illariy to provide professional advice or to make high-stakes decisions for another person;
- misrepresent AI-generated output as human professional advice or as a verified fact.
We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law or investigate a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice; we may act without prior notice where urgent action is needed for security, safety or legal reasons.
9. AI output and your decisions
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. It is offered as a prompt for reflection, not as a statement of fact about another person’s motives, feelings, intentions or safety. Use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional help when needed.
You remain responsible for how you act on information or suggestions generated by Illariy. However, nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
Illariy, its name, branding, website, prompts, interface, software and other service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and any applicable payment, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.
We do not claim ownership of the messages you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit them. You may use AI responses for your personal use, but you must not use the service or its outputs to create or operate a competing service or to infringe another person’s rights.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Illariy available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access can be affected by Telegram, payment providers, hosting, maintenance, security measures, internet connectivity or events outside our reasonable control.
We may update, improve or change Illariy. For paid digital services, we will not make a change that materially reduces the agreed service unless permitted by law, necessary for legal or security reasons, or accompanied by the notice and remedies required by applicable consumer law.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by the Privacy & Cookies Policy. Please read it before sharing personal information in the chat.
13. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the free service at any time. You may cancel a paid subscription as described in Section 6. We may terminate or suspend the agreement where there is a material breach of these Terms, a legal requirement, persistent payment failure or a serious safety or security concern. Any refund due on termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or business reasons. The current version and its update date will always appear on this page. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where a different process is required by mandatory law.
15. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes that cannot be settled directly with us.
